How it started
We were parents first. And like most parents, we read a lot of bedtime stories. Beautiful ones. Funny ones. Brave ones. But always about someone else's child.
We wanted our kids to open a book and see themselves — illustrated, adventurous, brave — on every single page. Not a name swapped into a template. A real story, written for them, with them at the heart of it.
We couldn't find it. So we made it.
What we believe
Children live in their imaginations more honestly than adults live in the real world. A child who sees themselves as the hero of a story starts to believe they can be the hero of their own life. That's not a small thing. That's everything.
