2. Description of Service
Wondybook provides personalized children's books where your child becomes the hero of the story. We create custom illustrated books using photos you provide, delivering both digital and printed formats.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating your book
- Only upload photos of children for whom you have parental or guardian consent
- Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
- Not reproduce, distribute, or resell our content without permission
4. Intellectual Property
All stories, illustrations, and content created by Wondybook remain our intellectual property. When you purchase a book, you receive a personal license to use that specific book for private, non-commercial purposes. You may print copies for family members but may not sell or commercially distribute the content.
5. Payments and Refunds
You can preview your child's character before making any payment. Once you approve and purchase a book, digital downloads are non-refundable. For printed books, we offer refunds or reprints if there are quality issues with printing or shipping damage. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
6. Limitation of Liability
Wondybook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
